Each week offers a unique meditation theme, allowing you to choose the practice that resonates with you:
- Monday: Cultivate compassion and loving-kindness with Metta Bhavana meditation.
- Tuesday: Balance your energy centers through Chakra Balancing, which may include mantra chanting.
- Wednesday: Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation with Yoga Nidra meditation.
- Thursday: Connect with your inner child and heal past hurts through Inner Child Healing, which may incorporate breathwork techniques.
