DESCRIPTION:Participants of all fitness levels and backgrounds are invited 
 to experience a traditional latihan (training) session in PGB White Crane 
 Silat (Kung Fu). This introductory class offers an immersive entry into co
 re techniques that develop foundational strength\, flexibility\, agility\,
  and coordination. Emphasis is placed on fostering embodiment\, balance\, 
 and fluidity of movement.\n\nThe training incorporates centuries-old natur
 al movement patterns designed to enhance core strength and engage often-ov
 erlooked smaller muscle groups critical for joint health and overall mobil
 ity. Each session includes a combination of dynamic warm-ups\, focused ski
