DESCRIPTION:Immerse yourself in a 60-minute yoga class guided by Nicolette 
 Telech\, a seasoned instructor specializing in vinyasa yoga since 2015. Ni
 colette's sessions offer a distinctive and accessible yoga sequence\, harm
 onizing breath with movement to enhance both strength and flexibility\, wh
 ile incorporating mindfulness techniques. With a penchant for outdoor inst
 ruction\, Nicolette finds solace in teaching amidst the natural symphony o
 f sights\, scents\, and sounds\, fostering a profound sense of presence an
 d tranquility both on and off the mat. Participants are encouraged to brin
 g their own yoga mat or beach towel\, and to dress accordingly for outdoor
  practice. Please note that classes will be held outdoors\, and attendance
