- Tuesdays at 6:15 PM (doors open at 5:30 PM)
- Saturdays at 9:00 AM (doors open at 8:30 AM)

Things to Bring: A yoga mat, comfortable warm clothing, and any props you prefer. Mats are available for rental. Only water is allowed inside the cathedral.
Doors close 15 minutes after class begins, so please arrive early to settle in. If you have any medical concerns, consult your doctor before practicing.
