Join the weekly group yoga practice at the magnificent Grace Cathedral, held every Tuesday from 6:15 to 7:30 PM. Participants can arrive early, as doors open at 5:30 PM. For those who prefer a weekend session, select one-hour classes are offered on Saturdays from 9 to 10 AM, with doors opening at 8:30 AM.
This unique yoga experience combines expert instruction with the breathtaking architecture of the cathedral, creating an inspiring atmosphere for practice. Sessions are enhanced by live music performed by world-renowned musicians, making each class a celebration of the rich diversity and creativity that San Francisco embodies.
Registration fees start at just $15, which supports the musicians, teachers, and the social justice initiatives of Grace Cathedral. Those who are able to contribute more help extend yoga and meditation opportunities to individuals who may be less fortunate.

Event Details:
- Tickets: Required for entry.
- Doors Open: 5:30 PM on Tuesdays and 8:30 AM on Saturdays.
- Late Entry: Due to the serene nature of this event, late entry is not permitted.
- Entrance: Attendees can enter at the top of the Great Steps, with an accessible entrance available via the breezeway on Sacramento Street, between Taylor and Jones Streets, or through the garage elevator.
- What to Bring: Participants should bring a yoga mat and any additional props they wish to use.
This program is supported by Grace Cathedral and generous contributions from participants. Your support is vital in helping bring yoga and meditation to others, and it is greatly appreciated. Grace Cathedral warmly welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities. If you would like to participate but cannot afford the fee, please contact yoga@gracecathedral.org at least 24 hours prior to the class you wish to attend.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds: Available if requested 24 hours before the yoga session.
- Exchanges: Ticket exchanges for another date can be made if requests are received by noon on the day of the session.
