 nique experience in San Francisco.\n\nWhether you're looking to challenge 
 yourself with advanced postures or prefer to relax in savasana for the ent
 ire session\, this practice is designed to meet you where you are. It's yo
 ur time to connect\, reflect\, and move at your own pace in a supportive e
 nvironment. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings\, a
 nd are suitable for all experience levels. The combination of live music a
 nd expert instruction makes this yoga practice truly special.\n\nEveryone 
 is welcome\, regardless of age or ability. Please bring your own yoga mat 
 and any props you'd like to use. Mats are also available for rental. Since
  only water is permitted in the cathedral\, and the space can be chilly\, 
 dressing in warm\, comfortable clothing is recommended. For those with ser
 ious injuries or medical conditions\, it's advised to consult with a docto
 r before participating.\n\nClass Schedule:\n\n 	Tuesday Evenings: Doors op
 en at 5:30 pm\, class begins at 6:15 pm.\n 	Saturday Mornings: Doors open 
 at 8:30 am\, class begins at 9:00 am.\nPlease arrive early\, as doors will
