Join Josh Rosenberg and Daniel Ricciardelli for their twice-monthly Relatefulness drop-in sessions, a unique exploration of interpersonal dynamics and self-awareness.

Relatefulness draws from relational practices such as Circling™, Authentic Relating, and T-Group. It focuses on observing and sharing what arises in the present moment as we interact with others in the group. This practice encourages participants to notice their relational patterns, emotions, body sensations, and other aspects of their experience. By naming and sharing these observations, individuals gain a clearer understanding of themselves and their broader social context.

Key Aspects of Relatefulness:

  • Enhanced Relational Insight: Discover new and more fulfilling ways to relate to both yourself and others by placing awareness on your interactions within the group.
  • Practical Growth: Apply personal insights in an interpersonal context, using the group environment as a testing ground for your personal development.
  • Healing Connection: Experience the profound impact of being deeply seen and understood by others, fostering a sense of connection and validation.

Relatefulness serves as a complementary practice to traditional meditation, pushing participants to explore the edges of their awareness. The sessions provide an opportunity to test personal growth insights and experience healing through authentic connection.

Participants are encouraged to prioritize their well-being during the practice. If needed, they can step away or guide the group towards new ways of engaging with one another to ensure a supportive and evolving experience.
