Welcome to Circling! Join Morgan for a transformative 2.5-hour journey into deep presence and authentic connection. In this session, you will explore what arises within as it relates to those around you, learning to share your experiences responsibly and inviting others to do the same. This practice cultivates comfort with whatever emotions and thoughts may emerge, leaving you with new communication tools, a deeper understanding of how to be with your own states and those of others, and a sense of nourishment from the depth and intimacy of genuine human connection.

What to Expect:

  • Introductions: We begin by sitting in a circle, each participant introducing themselves with their name, current state of being, and intention for the evening.
  • Warm-up Exercises: Engage in exercises or games designed to help us drop in more deeply or to acquire specific tools for presence and expression.
  • Focus and Flow Circles: The session may include both a focus circle, where we direct curiosity towards one person, and a flow circle, which centers on the collective experience of the group. Alternatively, we may have an extended flow session.
  • Closing Reflection: We end with a brief go-around where everyone shares what they are taking away from the evening.

Throughout this practice, you will sit in a circle, engaging in relational mindfulness and authentic relating. This format encourages a heightened sense of awareness and presence, fostering a space where deep, meaningful connections can form.
