Step into the transformative space of Circle of Connection, where Morgan will lead you through a 2.5-hour exploration of deep presence and authentic relating. Throughout the session, participants will engage in mindful connection, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and others.

During the session, you’ll be invited to notice and share whatever arises within you as it relates to the others present. Through mindful sharing and active listening, you’ll learn to take responsibility for your experiences and create an environment where everyone feels seen and heard. This practice cultivates a sense of intimacy and realness, allowing for authentic connections to flourish.

By the end of the session, you’ll gain valuable communication tools and a heightened awareness of how to navigate your own emotional states and those of others. You’ll leave feeling enriched by the depth of connection experienced during the circle.

Here’s what to expect: Participants will gather in a circle throughout the session. The session will begin with introductions, where each person shares their name, current state of being, and intention for the evening. Warm-up exercises and games will follow, designed to deepen presence and enhance expression.

The main part of the session will involve focus circles, where one person is the center of attention, and flow circles, where the group interacts collectively. Alternatively, an extended flow session may be held. The session will conclude with a brief round of reflections, where participants share their insights and takeaways from the experience.
