New Moon Rituals & Sound Bath

The upcoming workshop, “New Moon Rituals & Sound Bath,” offers participants a nurturing space to embark on a journey of self-discovery and intention-setting. The session begins with breathwork and a guided meditation designed to help attendees set their intentions for the month ahead.

Following this, Chelsea Scherer will lead a restorative yoga nidra practice, allowing participants to deeply relax and restore. Throughout the session, Hylong will enhance the experience with a soothing sound healing concert, featuring gongs, crystal bowls, ocean drums, and a variety of other healing instruments.

This hour-and-a-half workshop is a perfect opportunity for individuals to focus on self-care and let go of anything that no longer serves them. After the ritual, attendees are invited to connect with one another over healthy snacks and refreshments, fostering a sense of community.

Participants are encouraged to bring their journals to jot down intentions and reflections during the moon circle, making this workshop not just a healing experience but also a meaningful way to engage with the new moon’s energy.
