Participants lie down in a Savasana yoga position and are “bathed” in these healing vibrations, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace.

Each session is intimate, with limited attendees to ensure a personalized and peaceful atmosphere. Admission is $25 per person. To secure your spot, register online or pay at the door (cash only). What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative journey where attendees experience restorative sound waves created by various musical instruments. These sound waves wash over participants, helping to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve mental clarity. As attendees lie comfortably in Savasana, they enter a tranquil state, making it an ideal way to end the day on a peaceful note.

What to Bring:
Please bring the following for a comfortable experience:

  • A yoga mat
  • A pillow and blanket
  • An eye mask (optional)
  • If lying down is uncomfortable, a blanket and pillow will suffice. Evening temperatures can drop, so we recommend bringing a warm blanket.
