Meet the Instructors:
- Regan: A passionate Vinyasa yoga instructor, Regan believes in the transformative power of connecting breath, movement, mind, and body. In her classes, she fosters an inclusive and supportive environment where students of all backgrounds can explore their practice with confidence. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to be both challenging and approachable, helping participants leave feeling revitalized, freer, and perhaps a little sweatier than when they arrived. For Regan, the heart of yoga lies in the unity and sense of community that arises when people come together to breathe and move in unison.
- Erica Nguyễn: Founder of The Sound Healing Project, Erica is a certified Sound Practitioner who studied sound healing in Nepal, mastering Tibetan bowl therapy. She has also trained under renowned institutions such as the SF Sound Symphony, Dr. Paul Hubbert, and the Globe Institute. With her experience as a 200RYT yoga teacher, Erica integrates Asana (poses) and Dhyana (meditation) into her sound journeys, creating deeply immersive experiences for relaxation and healing. Passionate about equity and inclusion, Erica has brought her sound healing practice to diverse communities, including youth, seniors, individuals in recovery, and underserved populations, believing in sound as a pathway to reconnect with one’s true self.
