The Center for Innovation in Population Health at the University of Kentucky, in collaboration with the Praed Foundation, is organizing the 20th Annual Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management (TCOM) Conference. This event will feature presentations showcasing the application of the TCOM framework and its associated tools.
TCOM serves as the foundational model for various tools such as ANSA, CANS, FAST, SSIT, CAT, and others, designed to support systems, organizations, and programs in their mission to facilitate meaningful life changes for individuals. Attendees can expect to explore how TCOM is used to improve organizational outcomes and individual transformation.

Learning Objectives for the Conference By the end of the conference, participants will have gained the ability to:

Accessing the 2024 TCOM Conference All attendees are encouraged to download the Webex Events app, which will act as a personal guide throughout the conference.
